You’d be committing to watching a 1-hour video once per week and doing a combined total of 15 minutes per day of practice guided by the Positive Intelligence app exclusively designed for this program.
This might sound like a lot of time, however, it cumulatively constitutes less than 3% of your awake time for the duration of the program. Consider that your Saboteurs are costing you far more than 3% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity. The ROI from investing 3% of your time over the next 6-weeks will positively impact your performance, wellness, and relationships for years to come.
You’d never learn to ride a bicycle or run a marathon by reading a book about it. It takes action and practice to create the muscles to achieve these goals. This holds true for our personal and professional lives. We need mental muscles to achieve sustainable and predictable results.
During the program, you will have access to the audiobook and PDF. The book provides the research foundation and introduces the tools which support insight and application. The app-based video session guides you through experiential exercises that help you personalize the tools to your own needs. And the app coaches you to practice one tool at a time in the context of your own daily work and life challenges.
After you've strengthened your mental muscles for sustainable positive change during the Mental Fitness Bootcamp, you'll have ongoing access to new daily content based on your chosen path, a library of additional modules to support personal and professional development, such as conflict management, DEI, raising your Emotional Intelligence (EQ), leadership, happiness, and parenting. You'll also be invited to live monthly sessions with Shirzad to keep growing your mental muscles.
The program is self-paced with structure and delivered entirely through the Positive Intelligence app. The weekly video sessions are divided into micro-learnings for you to watch when you have the time during the week.
Videos are released each Saturday and most people find the weekend is the most convenient time to watch.
The only live component is the weekly Coaching and Accountability Group, or "Pod". This is a 60-minute virtual session facilitated by a PQ® Certified Coach. After you register, you'll have the weekly session schedule so that you can choose which weekly session works best for you.
Your daily practice is delivered via the exclusive PQ app, where participants can access their daily mental fitness exercises, coach challenges, reflections, and their PQ metrics dashboard.
The minimum requirements for the PQ app are a smartphone or device capable or running iOS 13.0 or Android 8.1 onwards. There is also a desktop version that can be accessed.
